I would like to see some efforts made in Illinois. I have a 35 year old class 4 felony than be sealed. However I still cannot purchase a gun in the state of Arizona.
If I understand the Arizona statutes in AZ. if the record was sealed I would be eligible to purchase a gun.
I was informed by an ATF official that this would be the case.
