APPLICABLE ONLY TO CLIENTS WHO HAVE OPTED-IN TO THE AUTOMATIC MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN PROGRAM
By enrolling in the automatic payment plan program, you authorize The Law Firm of Higbee & Associates (Recordgone.com): (a) to initiate recurring automated clearing house (ACH) debit entries or debit card payments from the checking or savings account you specify, or (b) to initiate recurring charges from your specified credit card.
The amount debited from your checking or savings account or charged to your credit card every 30 days will be the then balance due on your account per the payment program option selected. Once your enrollment is processed, all payments will be automatically withdrawn from your specified checking or savings account or charged to the designated credit or debit card on the The Law Firm of Higbee & Associates payment plan scheduled due date, unless you terminate your authorization in the manner described herein.
Your payment plan is formulated as follows: equally divided payments (rounded to the nearest dollar, not to exceed $1.00 difference) payable every 30 days less initial payment for the time period proscribed in the payment option selected or until the total amount due is paid-in-full.
If the service(s) you are retaining The Law Firm of Higbee & Associates for does not include the the Court Filing Fee or other document processing fees in the price of the service, those fees will not be part of the automatic payment plan program and will not be automatically debited from your checking or savings account or charged to the credit card provided. Those fees will be due and payable at the time of filing or when reasonably calculable. You will be informed once those fee amounts are determined and given the opportunity to pay said fee(s) with the form of payment you choose.
The Law Firm of Higbee & Associates will make your payment plan available to you online. You can access your payment plan by logging into your account at https://client.higbeeassociates.com/login and clicking Payments and by clicking the Payment Schedule tab. You agree to review the Payment Schedule and give The Law Firm of Higbee & Associates notice of any errors or disputed charges at least 72 business hours prior to your payment plan scheduled due date.
You agree to be bound by any rules your financial institution requires for pre-authorized electronic funds transfers and/or that your debit or credit card issuer requires for pre-authorized debit or credit card transactions. You are responsible for all fees charged by your financial institution associated with the pre-authorized payment option.
You have the right to terminate your authorization at any time by calling the Billing Dept. of The Law Firm of Higbee & Associates at 714-617-8392 and terminating your authorization with a Customer Support Specialist. Termination of your authorization for recurring automated payments also serves to terminate any payment plan agreed. Any remaining balance on your account is due upon termination of your authorization for recurring automated payments.
You must update all changes to credit/debit card information by contacting a Customer Support Specialist at 714-617-8392. If you do not update your checking/savings account or credit/debit card information and The Law Firm of Higbee & Associates is unable to charge your credit card or withdraw funds from your debit card, checking account, or savings account for the amount due according to your agreed upon payment plan schedule, you may be subject to applicable late fees and any fees or charges assessed by your financial institution.
THE LAW FIRM OF HIGBEE & ASSOCIATES SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OF ANY KIND THAT YOU MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF A PAYMENT MADE ON ITEMS INCORRECTLY BILLED OR FOR ANY DELAY IN THE ACTUAL DATE ON WHICH YOUR ACCOUNT IS DEBITED OR YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED.
The Law Firm of Higbee & Associates reserves the right to change these terms or terminate your payment plan at any time. Notice may be given on your online account, by email, or by other methods.
These terms do not in any way terminate, amend or modify other terms, agreements or policies that apply to your The Law Firm of Higbee & Associates account or any The Law Firm of Higbee & Associates services you receive or other agreements you may have with The Law Firm of Higbee & Associates.
