Is a criminal record keeping you from possessing, using, or owning a firearm? We have cleared more than 12,000 criminal records and many of those people are now able to possess, own, and use a firearm again. If you have lost that right, we want to help you by having your rights restored. Take the first steps to a better life now by doing our free online evaluation and see if you are eligible to have your record cleared or your firearm rights restored.
In Pennsylvania you must have your civil rights in order to have your Second Amendment right to bear arms restored by the court. The federal firearm ban typically only prohibits those with felony convictions from purchasing or possessing a firearm.
Your voting rights are restored immediately upon release from incarceration. The right to serve on a jury is taken away if you have ever been convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year in prison. This right can only be restored by getting a pardon. Additionally, you lose the right to hold public office if you have been convicted of embezzlement of public money, bribery, perjury, other infamous crimes (any felony basically). That right also can only be restored through a governor's pardon. Therefore, if you lost the right to serve on a jury or hold public office and have not been granted a pardon, then the federal law will prohibit you from owning or possessing a firearm even if the state restores the right.
We start the same day you sign up. Having handled more than 12,000 cases, we know how to get records cleared and rights restored as fast as possible. The time it takes varies by court, but the typical case in Pennsylvania takes between eight to nine months. The courts operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so the sooner you start, the sooner your rights will be restored.
Our flat fee includes all costs. We will conduct the research, file the necessary motions, respond to written or oral opposition from the district attorney, and send one of our attorneys to court to argue the case in front of the judge.
In most cases, you will not have to physically appear in court. You can let us handle all the work, while you track the progress of your case online.
We also have a low-price guarantee. Just show us a competitor’s quote or ad and we will match it.
