Arizona law allows for the restoration of firearm rights for those convicted of a felony offense. If your offense was not considered a "dangerous" or "serious" offense, Second Amendment (firearm) rights can be restored after two years from the date of discharge from probation.
Arizona law allows for the restoration of firearm rights for most convictions two years after probation is completed or the date of absolute discharge from imprisonment. If you were convicted of a serious offense or what would be a "serious offense" under 13-604, you can have your Second Amendment rights restored 10 years after you have been discharged from probation or released from prison. If your offense was considered a "dangerous offense" under section 13-604 (This usually means a felony conviction involving the intentional or knowing infliction of serious physical injury or the use or exhibition of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument), Second Amendment rights cannot be restored. Restoration of firearm rights will allow a person to own, possess or use a firearm as long as they are not restricted according to the federal domestic violence ban.

Typically, the process takes about three to four months.
There is a lifetime prohibition from the United States government (Lautenberg Amendment), which prohibits firearm ownership of those convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence as defined by federal law. The federal definition is different than Arizona’s definition. If you would like us to evaluate your case and determine if the federal ban will apply against you then we can for a small fee. If you then sign up for firearm rights restoration the fee will be applied to the total.
We are unable to offer a money back guarantee because the process involves a substantial amount of preparation and sometimes several appearances in court by our attorneys. We cannot afford to offer this low of a price and a money back guarantee.
It is difficult to say without researching your case. We can do a preliminary evaluation for a small fee. If you wish to go forward, we will apply the fee to the total cost.
We can create a payment plan that meets your needs. We typically spread payments into equal monthly amounts.
