Allegheny County District Attorney Who Oversees Expungements

Stephen Zappala is the current District Attorney of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. He attended Central Catholic High School in Pittsburgh. Zappala first attended the University of Delaware where he played football. After an injury pulled him from the game, Zappala transferred to the University of Pittsburgh where he earned a degree in political science. Zappala went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the Duquesne University School of Law. After graduating, Zappala joined the law firm of Grogan, Graffam, McGinley & & Lucchino, and Dattilo, Barry, Fasulo & Cambest. In the early 90's, Zappala was a partner for Brucker, Zappala, Schneider & Porter.
