Marlon B. MesserAttorney

Marlon B. Messer is a member of the State Bar of California (#230984), State Bar of Texas (#24029725), and State Bar of North Carolina (#33074). He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in California and Texas. Mr. Messer earned his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law, Houston Texas. He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Texas A&M.

As a third year law student, Mr. Messer provided free legal services to disabled and indigent clients through the South Texas College of Law Legal Clinic. In his more than 12 years as a lawyer, Mr. Messer has represented numerous businesses and individuals in civil and criminal matters. These matters include favorable resolutions against state entities and departments. As a lawyer for a nationwide law firm representing motorcyclists and motorcycle clubs, Mr. Messer has travelled the country speaking to thousands of motorcycle riders and clubs regarding their constitutional rights.

Relieving clients of the stress involved in dealing with the legal process and coming to a successful resolution on their behalf.

Advice to Clients

Any legal issue involving the courts will involve a slow process that requires the client being patient. The client must be thorough and forthright in providing all the information requested by their attorney. As your attorneys we must be meticulous and detail oriented so we can reach a favorable resolution in your case.

Charity: Habitat for Humanity

Nonprofit organization helping to build and rehabilitate homes for those in need. Also assist in providing simple and affordable housing for those affected by natural disasters.
