You can terminate your probation early so that you no longer have to tell employers that you are serving your sentence or on probation. This may also allow you to expunge your conviction. We can file for both the services at the same time.

The typical case in Pennsylvania takes about 3 to 4 months. The courts operate on a first-come, first served basis, so the sooner you start, the sooner your record is cleared.

Our flat-fee includes all costs. We will conduct the research, file the necessary motions, respond to written or oral opposition from the District attorney, and send one of our attorneys to court to argue the case in front of the judge.

In most cases, you will not have to physically appear in court. You can let us handle all the work, while you track the progress of your case online.

Our low-price is unbeatable. Trust us to make sure you get the best deal and the maximum amount of relief.

Does my probation have to be terminated if I want to expunge a different case?

Yes. In order to file for expungement of any cases you can’t be on probation for any offenses in any case.

Do you have payment plans?

We can create a payment plan that meets your needs. Please view the pricing for details regarding the payment plans.

How long does the process take?

Typically, the process can take three to four months depending on the court’s workload and your particular circumstances.

We base our estimates of how long a case will take on how long the average is for that service in that state. However, some cases can take less or more time depending on the facts of the case, whether the DA is agreeing or objecting, the age of the case, etc. We work on your case as fast as we can and assist the court and DA in anything they need to get your case heard.

What are my chances of success?

While we cannot predict what will happen, we have been successful in more than 85% of our probation termination cases. The more supporting evidence that you have of your reform and law abiding behavior the better your chances of success are. If you have complied with every requirement of your probation thus far, then your chances of success is very good, but of course that is not a guarantee your probation will be terminated. If you would like us to evaluate your case and give you the chances of success then we can do so for a fee and it will be applied to the probation termination fee if you sign up.

What factors does the court consider?

The court considers criminal history, amount of time spent on probation, your age, seriousness of the offense, compliance with other terms of the sentence, your behavior while on probation thus far, the need for relief, the potential benefit to society, and any other relevant factors.
