Is there any other way to get mugshot sites to remove my arrest photo and information?

Yes, there are probably other ways to do it, but since there are so many sites, this is by far the most efficient way. You can definitely file lawsuits against most of them, and we would love to represent you, but this will cost about $10,000 per mugshot company. Any site that charges for removal of information, even if using in intermediary company, will not receive full First Amendment protection and is probably guilty of breaking several state and federal laws, but again, a lawsuit will be very expensive.

How does the money back guarantee work?

We will have your mugshot removed from the listed sites within 30 days of receiving a court order showing that your record has been cleared by the court, or we will refund 100% of your payment for this service. If we were successful in removing it from some (but not all) of the listed sites, we will refund 50% of your payment for this service. If a mugshot reappears on one of our listed sites after being previously taken down, we will remove it again within 15 days from when we receive your notification that it has reappeared.

I understand that you are adding more sites to the list of covered sites, will my mugshot be removed from those?

Yes, we are working with the more reputable mugshot companies. If we add more companies to the list in the future, we will have your mugshot removed from those sites too.
