David Uris graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a degree in Law and Society. He then went on to Santa Clara University School of Law, where he served as Technical Editor on the Law Review and was published in 2002 with the article entitled "Big Brother and a Little Black Box", a look at how scientific data affects our privacy rights.
Most recently, David served as Staff Attorney in the shareholder derivative department for the preeminent plaintiff's law firm Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check LLP in Pennsylvania. In his role of Staff Attorney, David helped vindicate aggrieved shareholders by improving the corporate governance of numerous corporations across the country, in addition to recovering money for the shareholder class as a whole.
Mr. Uris is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, California, and the District of Columbia.
