Benjamin Yrungaray - Attorney Profile
Yrungaray graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in International Studies with University Honors. He earned his juris doctorate from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah in 2007. Yrungaray received several awards and scholarships during law school and was a member of the executive committee of the Student Bar Association and a member of Extra Muros International Law Journal.
Yrungaray externed for Justice Jill Parrish of the Utah Supreme Court and clerked at Thompson & Colegate in Riverside, California.

Favorite part of the job
Mr. Yrungaray enjoys the challenge of working on the most difficult cases. "While many of these cases seem the most hopeless, spending time on rehabilitating someone's life is well worth the months of work." He also enjoys representing clientele who traditionally have not had access to an attorney. "I take pride in the fact that we provide top-notch legal services to clients who usually cannot afford representation," stated Mr. Yrungaray.
Advice to clients
Mr. Yrungaray advises clients to take advantage of their second chances and continue to improve their lives. Clients can do this by returning to school, obtaining new employment, or volunteering in their community. By doing so, Mr. Yrungaray states, "be proactive and you will find that new and better opportunities will be available to you."
Interesting facts
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Yrungaray spent several years working in Information Technology including working for Microsoft supporting Web Applications and later working for Pomona College as a Web Developer.
