Arizona Federal Firearm Rights RestorationArizona Revised Statutes 13-909 & 13-910 Arizona Flag

Arizona law allows for the firearm restoration in cases where the felony conviction was in federal court. If your offense was not considered a "dangerous" or "serious" offense, Second Amendment (firearm) rights can be restored after two years from the date of discharge from probation. This will allow a person to own, possess, or use a firearm.

Arizona law allows for the restoration of firearm rights for most federal convictions two years after probation is completed or the date of absolute discharge from imprisonment. If you were convicted of a serious offense or what would be a "serious offense" under 13-704, you can have your Second Amendment rights restored 10 years after you have been discharged from probation or released from prison.

If your offense was considered a "dangerous offense" under section 13-704 (This usually means a felony conviction involving the intentional or knowing infliction of serious physical injury or the use or exhibition of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument), Second Amendment rights cannot be restored. Restoration of firearm rights will allow a person to own, possess or use a firearm as long as they are not restricted according to the federal domestic violence ban.

The typical case in Arizona takes about 3 to 4 months.

Our flat-fee includes all costs. We will conduct the research, file the necessary motions, respond to written or oral opposition from the District attorney, and send one of our attorneys to court to argue the case in front of the judge.

In most cases, you will not have to physically appear in court. You can let us handle all the work, while you track the progress of your case online.

Our law firm has handled hundreds of cases and serves all of Arizona with a low price. We will make sure you get the best deal and the maximum amount of relief.

Does it matter if it was a conviction for domestic violence?

There is a lifetime prohibition from the United States government (Lautenberg Amendment), which prohibits firearm ownership of those convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence as defined by federal law. The federal definition is different than Arizona’s definition. If you would like us to evaluate your case and determine if the federal ban will apply against you then we can for a researching fee. If you then sign up for firearm rights restoration then the researching fee will be applied to the total.

Do you have payment plans?

We can create a payment plan that meets your needs. We typically spread payments into equal monthly amounts. Please view the pricing for details regarding payment plans.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

We are unable to offer a money back guarantee because the process involves a substantial amount of preparation and sometimes several appearances in court by our attorneys. We cannot afford to offer this low of a price and a money back guarantee.

What are my chances of success?

It is difficult to say without researching your case. We charge a researching fee to do it and we apply that to the cost of any service that you hire us to perform.

How long does the process take?

Typically, the case takes about four to six months.
