Melissa Clark
Melissa A. Clark is a member of the Utah State Bar, California State Bar, Florida State Bar and the Arizona State Bar.
She graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2005 where she excelled in and out of the classroom. Ms. Clark graduated Order of the Coif (top 5% in her class) and she won four CALI Achievement awards for the top grade in the class. She was a member of the National Moot Court Team, which won the regional championship, the Utah Law Review, and an executive member of the Student Bar Association.
She received the Utah Supreme Court's Award for Pro Bono work.
Ms. Clark clerked for the United States Attorney's Office in Salt Lake City. Ms. Clark also clerked for the Arizona Court of Appeals. She worked in the litigation department of one of Utah's largest law firms, Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough.
Ms. Clark joined the Law Offices of Mathew K. Higbee in 2007.
